Slack Ass Bloggers

as opposed to fat ass loggers ruining wilderness, slack ass bloggers don't do anything for nearly a year, and only 1's and 0's are affected. Henry is doing fine, though this flog(forgotten etc...) has not said so. of the three or more attempted flogs of mine I'd like to see this one survive merely for the idea of reminiscing ten or more years from now...oh well, he is the constant gardener having planted carrots two weeks ago and mentioning them before he goes to sleep as the one thing he cant stop thinking about.

Hermione's "Happy" Day

Well, Hermione's back left leg ligament surgery was a success, but you wouldn't know that if you asked her. She's pretty miserable in her crate (that my mother found after knocking on every door in the neigborhood) and Elizabethan collar, but we all know it's for her own good. Here you can see Henry building a bridge for Hermione from her crate (let's get real, it's a cage) to the bed with his stick. Did I mention that Henry loves sticks? Well, he loves them. He says that this bridge makes Hermione happy and he may be right. Doesn't that look like a smile?

The Haircut Grandma Gave Henry

Oh well.

Henry Loves Pink- and tutus!

These little gems were taken by my mother at the Children's Museum. They prove that our boy isn't insecure about his masculinity. And that he loves *pink.* We don't have to take as many detours into Victoria Secret to visit the polka dot dog these days but he's still considering a bratz girl purse.

This was Henry's idea, I swear!

"Take a picture from my banana! My big big banana!"

"All of the H's are for H's!"

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

the llamas and peacocks and daddys and papas in Bumpass

Right before Christmas, Henry & I drove out to Bumpass to visit Daddy and Papa at their job, building a Potter's Barn. After Papa said he'd been spit on once, Henry was very scared of the llamas! But he wasn't scared of the peacocks. Oh, no. Henry loves peacocks! After a while, we went and cut down a few little pines out in the forrest that we took home, decorated and called Christmas trees. It was a very lovely day in all.

this is when henry was a velcro-boy

In October, I took Henry to Pumpkinpalooza at the Carillon in Byrd Park. The most fun Henry had was putting on a velcro suit and being thrown up against a big inflated bubble wall. I think they called it a spider in a web, or some such. He doesn't look as esctatic as he actually was, believe me. They didn't have anything like that when I was a girl.
